Programme offering for colleges and universities

Corporate-grade, production-ready engineering training on your campus

Taught by trainers who deliver the same programmes to engineering teams at product companies. Pull requests, pipelines, containers and a cluster: your students build and ship one real project, hands on, on your own campus.

What your students actually get

Professional workshops, not a guest lecture

  • Production tools, not slides

Git, GitHub Actions, Docker and Kubernetes, used the way a team uses them on a Monday morning. Students run the commands themselves.

  • Every student ships their own work

Not one demo at the front of the room. Each student finishes with a live URL, their own repository and their own pipeline, on their own accounts.

  • Taught by practising engineers

The same trainers who teach these workshops to professional developers, in the room with your students for every session.

  • Hours you can count

Full days of hands-on work rather than an afternoon lecture, with a published session plan for every hour of it.

Programmes

The programme you can book today

A programme is a curated series of our workshops, sequenced so each one acts on what the last produced, with a published session plan for every hour.

Idea to Production

Available now

Three weekends that take one real project from an idea to something running in production. Each weekend acts on what the last one produced, so a student finishes with one thing they can explain end to end rather than three unrelated certificates.

Who it suits: Final-year and pre-final-year students in BCA, MCA, BSc, BE, BTech, CS, IT and AI/ML, and any student who can write a little code and has nothing deployed to show for it.

  • Containers and a cluster you can debug

Your application packaged as images, running with its database through one command, and deployed to Kubernetes with a rollback you have rehearsed.

Send this programme to a college

Download opens your print dialogue, where the destination is “Save as PDF”. WhatsApp opens with the advert written and the link under it; attach the saved PDF if the college wants the sheet itself.

Or email the offer from Deesha

Sends the branded offer email, the same family as a booking confirmation, with every figure read from this page. Needs a desk session.

More programmes are being curated. A request from a college is the fastest way for one to exist, so tell us what your students need and we will shape it.

Other ways to book us

Or shape it around what your students actually need

A curated programme is the fastest way to start, and it is not the only way to book us.

  • 01

    One curated programme

Book a programme as it is written, with its published session plan and a fixed number of hands-on hours.

  • 02

    A series of individual workshops

Pick the workshops you want from the SkillLabs catalogue and we teach them as a series, in the order that makes sense for your students.

  • 03

    A programme shaped for you

Tell us the hours you have and the capability you want your students to leave with, and we will propose a programme against it.

The arrangement

What we bring, what the college provides

The same on every booking, whichever programme you choose.

Included in the fee

  • Two practising engineers in the room for every teaching day
  • Every student's own project, reviewed in person
  • The full workshop material for each workshop in the programme
  • Trainer travel and stay within Maharashtra
  • Invitations sent to each student from the list you send us

The college provides

  • A hall or lab with a projector or large screen
  • Internet in the room that will carry a laptop for every student
  • One named coordinator who owns the dates, the room and the student list
  • Students bringing their own laptops, with rights to install Git, Node and Docker

How booking works

You pick the weekends, we hold them

There is no booking calendar to fight with. Dates are confirmed by a person against our trainers’ availability, which is also why we can work around your exam and festival calendar.

  1. 01

Choose a programme and a batch

Take a scheduled batch as it stands, or ask for a dedicated batch for your students on the weekends that suit your calendar.

  2. 02

We confirm the booking in writing

You get the dates, the trainers and what each side provides, in one email you can put in front of your principal.

  3. 03

    Send us the student list

One spreadsheet with each student's name, email address and phone number, up to the batch size.

  4. 04

    We invite every student directly

Each student gets their own invitation with the dates, the timings, the room and what to install before the first morning.

Start the conversation

Tell us what your students need

We reply with the weekends we can hold, the trainers who would teach them, and a booking confirmation you can put in front of your principal.

Ready to send, ready to pin up

Copy a message, attach your own image or film, and send it. The two sheets print as one A4 page each through your browser’s print dialogue, where “Save as PDF” gives you the file.

For WhatsApp

One message per audience, per programme. Both end with the link to this page, so whoever receives it can read the detail and enquire.

For paper

The full proposal covers every programme and both sides of the arrangement. The student notice carries no fee, because a notice board is read by students.

Email the college

Download opens the print dialogue, where the destination is “Save as PDF”. Email opens with the message written and the link in place; attach the saved PDF to it.

Questions colleges ask

Can our students join a batch that is already scheduled?
Yes. A scheduled batch is an open cohort that any student can book individually at the per-student price shown with the batch. Some colleges point students at it, and some sponsor the seats.
What is the difference between that and a dedicated batch?
A dedicated batch runs only for your students, on your campus, on the weekends you choose, for one package fee to the college. A scheduled batch runs on our calendar and mixes your students with everyone else.
Can we book fewer students than the batch size?
Yes, and the package fee is the same. It pays for the teaching days on your campus, which do not get cheaper with fewer students in the room, so most colleges fill the places.
Will there be more programmes than this one?
Idea to Production is the first. More are being curated, and a request from a college is the fastest way for one to exist, so tell us what your students need.
Do you teach at colleges outside Maharashtra?
Yes, with travel and stay charged at cost on top of the package fee. Tell us where you are and we will put a number in writing before you decide.
