Terms & Conditions

Last updated 14 August 2026

These terms govern your use of this website and your registration for and participation in any programme offered by Deesha Tech Academy ("Deesha", "we", "us"), a firm with its registered office at D303, Runal Gateway, Near Sentosa Resort, Ravet, Pune, Maharashtra 412101, India, operating from Sangli, Maharashtra. By registering for a programme or using this website, you accept these terms.

Our services

Deesha builds technology capability through six offerings: Academy (structured technology and domain learning programmes), Compass (mentoring, coaching, and career direction), SkillLabs (intensive hands-on technology workshops), Sprint (project-based learning in a realistic engineering environment), Foundry (product innovation, prototyping, and software engineering delivery), and FutureForge (organisational technology capability building). The details, schedule, and fees of each programme are described on its own page.

Registration

When you register for a programme, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, and any background information the programme asks for. Registrations are personal to you and cannot be transferred to another person without our written agreement.

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must complete the registration and accept these terms on your behalf.

Fees and payment

Fees are stated in Indian Rupees on each programme page. GST applies as per law. Your seat in a batch is confirmed once the applicable fee, or the first agreed instalment, is received.

Payments are collected and invoiced by Deesha Computer Education, Vishnuprasad Apartment, Near Dandekar Shoppe, Vishrambag, Sangli 416415 — the operating institute behind the Deesha brand.

Payments are processed by secure third-party payment partners. We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank credentials; those are handled entirely by the payment partner. Where instalments are offered, the schedule is stated at registration, and continued participation depends on instalments being paid when due.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Schedule changes

Batch dates, timings, and trainers may occasionally change. If we reschedule or cancel a batch, we will tell you as early as we can and offer you the next equivalent batch or a refund as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Learner conduct

Our programmes are practical and collaborative. You agree to participate respectfully, not to disrupt sessions, and not to share other participants' personal information or work without their consent. We may remove a participant whose conduct materially disrupts a programme; where we do so without a conduct breach on your part being resolved, the Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.

Courseware and intellectual property

All course materials — slides, code, exercises, recordings, and documents — remain the property of Deesha or their respective owners. They are provided for your personal learning and may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or published. Recording of live sessions by participants is not permitted unless we agree in writing. Work you create during a programme is yours; where it builds on our courseware, the courseware itself remains ours.

What we do not promise

Our programmes build capability through structured learning and practice. We do not guarantee employment, placement, salary outcomes, examination results, or any specific professional outcome. Any decision by an employer or institution is theirs alone.

Third-party services

Parts of our service rely on third parties — for example, payment processing, WhatsApp messaging, and video conferencing. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deesha's total liability arising out of or in connection with a programme is limited to the fees you paid to us for that programme. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events outside our reasonable control.

Privacy

How we collect and use personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Changes apply from the date they are published and do not reduce rights you already hold for a programme you have already paid for.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or our programmes.
