Deesha's Web Expert Support

Last updated 26 August 2026

This page is for participants using Deesha's Web Expert during Deesha's Idea to Internet SkillLab.

Before you start

  • Open the participant link supplied by your trainer and sign in to ChatGPT.
  • Use your own ChatGPT account. Do not share an account with another participant.
  • Keep passwords, one-time codes, API keys, private keys, payment details and private customer data out of the conversation.
  • Use fictional or redacted examples when real personal data is not necessary.

What the Web Expert can help with

The Web Expert can guide your project from the Foundation Brief through website intent, blueprint, visual choices, Developer Build Tickets, quality checks, GitHub, Vercel and launch. It can review evidence you provide, such as a screenshot, file or accessible public URL.

It cannot verify a private account, repository, deployment, form or link unless the relevant capability is available and you explicitly authorise it. When a connected tool is unavailable, use the manual hand-off and return the requested redacted screenshot, link or result.

If the GPT link does not open

  1. Confirm that you are signed in to the ChatGPT account you intend to use.
  2. Open the original participant link again rather than a copied conversation link.
  3. Send your trainer a screenshot of the access message, with your email address and other account details hidden.

ChatGPT availability, account access, billing and usage limits are controlled by OpenAI. Deesha cannot change a participant's ChatGPT plan or reset a ChatGPT usage limit.

If GitHub or Vercel is unavailable

The public participant edition is designed to work without connected Apps. Ask the Web Expert for the manual Developer hand-off, complete the step in your own coding tool or provider account, and return the requested evidence. Never paste an access token into the GPT.

Check the repository, branch, Vercel project and requested permissions before approving any connected operation. Disconnect access in the relevant provider when it is no longer needed.

Report an incorrect or unsafe response

Email contact@deeshatechacademy.com with the subject Web Expert support. Include:

  • the session number and stage shown by the GPT;
  • what you expected and what happened;
  • the exact non-sensitive error message; and
  • a redacted screenshot if it helps explain the issue.

Do not send your full private conversation when a short excerpt will do. Do not send passwords, tokens, payment details or another person's private data.

For a problem with your ChatGPT account, login, billing or platform data, contact OpenAI through the OpenAI Help Centre.
