The route

How you get there

6 groups over 7–9 weeks, and 2 of them are places you can join. You leave each one able to do the thing it names — not having sat through it.

  1. 01 · Web UI Foundations2 weeks

HTML, CSS & Responsive Web Design

Build responsive, semantic and accessible interfaces that work across devices — a course rather than a SkillLab, because layout is a skill built by progressive practice.

  2. 02 · JavaScript Application Development2 weeksJoin here

Ask about JavaScript ES6+ · Start near the beginning, with only HTML and CSS behind you.

22 August · Git & GitHub Actions · Two days, if you would rather see how we teach before committing.

Write modern asynchronous JavaScript, work professionally with Git, and build type-safe frontend code.

  3. 03 · Frontend Framework Development3 weeksJoin here

5 September · React · Join at the framework if you already write JavaScript and choose React.

12 September · Angular · Join at the framework if you already write JavaScript and choose Angular.

Build a typed, component-based frontend against a real backend API — one framework, chosen once and taken to production depth.

  4. 04 · Frontend Security & Quality

Integrate authentication and authorisation correctly, understand the browser's security boundaries, and test what users actually do — from components through complete journeys.

  5. 05 · Frontend Experience Engineering

    Frontend Quality Lab

Measure and improve accessibility and performance rather than claiming them — audits, Core Web Vitals, bundles and rendering, on real devices.

  6. 06 · Production Frontend Engineering

    Ship the Frontend

Build a production bundle, automate its release and deploy it to a real public environment — with rollbacks you have rehearsed.

What you finish with

A deployed frontend application — React or Angular — with real authentication, forms, API integration, component and end-to-end tests, and an automated release to a public URL you can send to an interviewer.

What the cohort includes

  • Cohort-paced structure with milestones, not a self-paced video library
  • Code review on your own work, every sprint
  • Graded capstone with individual feedback
  • Verified Deesha certification

About this pathway

Plenty of frontend courses stop once a component renders. The gap employers complain about is everything after: authentication that is actually secure, tests that catch what users would have caught, and a release you can roll back. This pathway is built around that gap — and around one honest choice.

Choose your framework once

React and Angular are taught as deliberate parallels: the same thirty-six hours, the same real API behind them, the same forms, routing, testing and performance work. You choose once at the framework stage; everything before it — web foundations, JavaScript, Git, TypeScript — and everything after it — security, testing, experience, shipping — is shared. One spine, two frameworks, exactly like the Java/Python choice on the AI pathway.

Courses where depth lives, SkillLabs for the gaps

Web foundations and the framework earn full courses. TypeScript is two focused days, because a JavaScript developer does not need weeks of it before starting a framework. Security, real-browser testing, experience quality and deployment are focused labs — practised once properly, then applied.

Who this is for

You need to be comfortable with basic programming and able to commit around three hours a day through the course stages, with SkillLab weekends along the way. No framework experience required.

The framework stage is also the frontend group of Full-Stack Developer — Java — take this pathway on its own, or that one for the whole stack.

Cohorts and fees

Cohorts start periodically and seat count is capped so that every capstone gets individually reviewed. Fees, instalment options and the next start date are on this page — or message us on WhatsApp and we will walk you through whether this pathway fits your situation.

Your portfolio when you finish

Turn a design into a typed, secure, tested, accessible and performant frontend application — in React or Angular — and ship it to production.

  1. 01

    An accessible, responsive interface

Built from a design, working on a phone, a laptop and a screen reader — checked, not assumed.

  2. 02

A typed application against a real API

Components, routing, forms and server data in React or Angular, with TypeScript doing real work at every boundary.

  3. 03

    Authentication done right, and proved

A real login flow with tokens handled honestly, routes protected, and the XSS and CSRF attacks it survives demonstrated.

  4. 04

Tested journeys shipping through a pipeline

Component tests plus Playwright journeys in CI, and a production build deployed to a public URL with a rehearsed rollback.
